Feedback Mechanism

Suppliers received messages indicating whether their bids were accepted or rejected, facilitating clear communication and transparency.

Revised Requests

If bids were rejected, suppliers could send revised requests through the portal, initiating the process anew.

Bid Submission

Suppliers submitted bids through the portal, which were then evaluated by the system.
